SPAGHETTI AND SHRIMP IN LIGHT TOMATO SAUCE

Let me tell you it's a light sauce because it does not contain any kind of cream and is an excellent choice for dinner, you will not have that sensation the ate too much.

INGREDIENTS

1 package of spaghetti pasta
2 diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 cup pasta water
the juice of half lemon
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Cook pasta according package directions.
In a skillet heat oil over medium heat and add butter, saute onion, tomatoes and oregano, add a pinch of salt let it cook until the tomatoes are softened and released their juices.
Followed add the ketchup, water and the shrimp, cook until they are pink in color on both sides, season generously ( try to corroborated the seasoning ) and add the lemon juice finally gently toss the pasta and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
